I have noticed in recent years, more and more skin tags and warts that appear on the eyelids and under the eyebrows. Is there a quick and inexpensive to get rid of?

A dermatologist or ophthalmologist, consult but not covered by insurance because it is well packaged.
Honestly ... I always remove a label with my skin, even outside of the eyelid. But my training and some very sharp scissors that I know how to use it!
Some doctors free to respond to the question of whether it is worth it. Unfortunately, otherwise it is only cosmetic and does not take place in the NHS. If you call the local private hospital, may be willing to give you a price over the phone.
I have some nail clippers and viewing them away lol
