I have a 1947 Jeep Willis fired a field and be restored. It has a VIN number what so ever. This building has been in decline for 20 years before I realized, but until now I have no way to get a diploma. No really, I do not know who owned it before me. Has anyone suggestions how to do it. And as people with strollers and car kit can not obtain titles and get a value for a street car?
